Test Ride

Would you like a test ride in your neighborhood to see how our bikes handle your own favorite hills? Contact us and we may be able to come to you--location and schedule permitting!

Or check our blog for local events where you can find us showing the bikes.

You are welcome to print out and sign a Test Ride Release Form and bring to your test ride, or we will bring one for you to sign before your ride. Please bring your own helmet or we will provide one for you.

Shipping and Delivery

Your purchase from Seattle Electric Bike is available for pick up in Seattle, or will be delivered or shipped to you.

When shipped, your new Ohm bike arrives in a big box, and is ready to ride after some minor assembly and service. In order to protect your warranty, we ship the Ohm only to professional bike shops or certified mechanics. Un-boxing and set-up fees range around the US from $35-$65. We are always available by phone to assist your chosen mechanic.

If you order, you can pick up your bike, fully ready to ride, in Seattle, or on South Whidbey Island. Just select Store Pick-Up when you check-out. Depending on where you live in Washington or Oregon, we may deliver your bike to you, ready to ride.

We offer free shipping on BionX systems, and SwissBike + BionX conversions, and on all accessories.


Service

Any professional bicycle mechanic can service all parts for your bicycle, except the power system itself, just as a conventional bike. When you need it, we work with expert mechanics to provide you with the best possible service for your Ohm electric bike and Bionx installation. In addition, we are always available by phone for trouble-shooting or to assist you in understanding and acclimating to your electric bike.
