When shipped, your new bike arrives in a big box, and is ready to ride after some minor assembly and service. In order to protect your warranty, we ship only to professional bike shops or certified mechanics. Un-boxing and set-up fees range around the US from $35-$65. We are always available by phone to assist your chosen mechanic.
If you are in King County or Northwest Washington State, you can pick up your bike, fully ready to ride, at our service location in Seattle, or on South Whidbey Island. Depending on where you live in Washington or Oregon, your bike may be delivered to you, ready to ride. Just select Store Pick-Up when you order below.
