       We are sanitized, accessorized, and ready for you! Thanks to the cooperation, understanding and support of our awesome staff, our great customers and our industry partners, Seattle Electric Bike has been able to create a flexible and positive approach to the Covid-19 pandemic requirements, keeping safe, social-distanced exercise and transportation options available.

       Because we provide means of transportation and provide maintenance and repair for ebikes, we are an essential service business and will stay open through the entirety of this pandemic to ensure you have everything you need for your eBike. 

       We also offer free delivery (in select areas) of new eBikes to take some of the burden off of transportation. As well, we have adapted our test rides to ensure safe social distancing from the initial greeting all the way through purchasing and service appointments.   


We are pleased to offer Contactless, Socially Distant sales and service!

       From the comfort of your own home you can browse and purchase our entire selection of bikes and accessories. We can even deliver your fully built bicycle straight to your home, if you live in the greater Seattle or Bellingham areas.  If you would like to see our products in person you can come in for a socially distant scheduled appointment where you will have a one on one test ride experience with our expert mechanics and sales staff. We are pleased to share all of the knowledge we've gathered over the past ten plus years to help you choose the perfect bike! 

       If your bike needs a tune up and you'd like to drop your bike off for service, we can get your bike in and out without you ever having to enter the store. Through the use of paypal invoicing, you can use a debit or credit card to pay for your service at home and simply come by to get your bike.

       All Seattle Electric Bike locations have adjusted staffing and procedures to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.

All service drop-offs are by-appointment only

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we operate under current protocols.

Test Rides are a available by Appointment and walk-ups will be accommodated as we are able. Appointments are highly recommended!

       Please check back here whenever you need our support--our hours and procedures can change at any time. We are currently open from 11:30am to 6:30pm, 7 days a week. A mask is required for all interactions and please do not come in groups. Thank you for understanding!

       We can also schedule a live personalized virtual-shop appointment, where you can ask questions and see close-up views of the bike you are interested in. If you want to see the battery removed, the console display lit up, a close-up of the drive-train or how easily the folding bike folds--we can do that just for you.
