- Yamaha's E-bike division exited the US market in 2024 leaving dealers without product support - We will do everything within our control to facilitate a repair

What We DO NOT Service

Electric scooters, monowheel scooters
Surron, Talaria or any non-pedal assist "E-Moto" style bike
Bikes that do not adhere to Washington State Revised Code 46.04.169
- Bikes with electric motors exceeding 750watts
- Bikes that do not meet Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3 standards as outlined in RCW 46.04.169 - Link above
Bikes that do not meet UL 2849 (electrical system) or UL 2271 (battery) standards
Bikes that do not fit in our service stands
Any bike that does not meet our standards of safety or craftsmanship

Common Questions...

I bought my bike online can you service it?

That depends, if it's a brand we carry or one of the motor systems listed above than yes! Unfortunately many online ebike brands do not have dealerships that support their product after the initial sale. Also many of these bikes have components that do not meet our standard of safety and quality. We respectfully do not service these bikes.

Can you fix my Rad bike?

We can do standard routine mechanical maintenance on Rad Power bikes. If the specific model does not have a UL2271 certified battery than we ask you remove it prior to dropping it off for your appointment. We are unable to source or replace any Rad OEM parts including electric assist components.

Do you repair batteries?

Do to the danger associated with dissembling lithium batteries we do not offer battery refurbishing services. We can replace OEM batteries for brands that we carry listed above.
