We will match the Price of local Brick and Mortor bike shops. Matching is exclusive to independent bike dealers with a physical presence in Washington. Sale and closeout pricing may not be eligible.

• Free shipping on most orders over $50 (exclusions apply)
• Express shipping (1 to 2 day service) is available for a flat fee of $59.99
• Nearly all orders ship within 1-2 business days
• Bikes have additional handling time to ship
• We offer local pickup in Seattle or Bothell on select items
• Nearly all items have shipping times between 2 to 5 business days
  
• If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, we will send you a replacement ASAP

Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

Shipping Rates

For items that do not qualify for free shipping, we employ a flat rate shipping model. This allows us to offer a wide variety of items to customers across the country with affordable shipping rates. To get an estimate of your shipping costs, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be presented with several shipping options, each with its associated cost.

An additional $15 charge will be added to an order that includes Batteries, handlebars, floor pumps, bicycle-mounted racks, fenders, or wire bead tires to cover increased shipping costs.
