In-Store Return Policy: Returns are permitted within 14 days of the customer receiving the product/s and the product/s must be in Like-New condition. In the case of E-Bikes, Customers may add no more than 15 miles to the E-Bikes odometer since receiving the bike. Returns are not permitted for Brake Pads, Tires, Wheels or Items sold without packaging.

Shipping/Online Return Policy: Seattle Electric Bike does not permit the return, refund or exchange of E-Bikes which have been shipped to the customer. Items other than E-Bikes are eligible for refund within 24 hours of the order. If a return is permitted outside of the above return window, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and the items must be in new condition.
