In-Store Return Policy: All returns must be completed within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. In addition, E-Bikes that have accrued more than 15 miles with the count starting on the day that the E-Bike was received by the customer or in other words, in addition to the odometer reading at time of pickup, are not eligible for return.
Shipping Return Policy: Seattle Electric Bike does not permit the return, refund or exchange of EBikes which have been shipped to the customer. Items other than E-Bikes which have been shipped may be eligible at the discretion of Seattle Electric Bike and its employees. The customer is responsible for any return shipping and fees for damage or other charges deemed reasonable by Seattle Electric Bike and its employees.
Items purchased at Seattle Electric Bike which are within the parameters stated above are not guaranteed to be eligible for return. Seattle Electric Bike reserves the right to deny any return of goods. Seattle Electric Bike reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any item that is desired to be returned, for any reason, at the discretion of Seattle Electric Bike and it's employees.
